HISTORY
Steam Action carpet cleaning has been in business for more than 12 years providing commercial and residential services for businesses and homes in the Wichita area. Over the years we have specialized in commercial carpet cleaning needs and have recently added tile and grout cleaning services. Both carpet and tile cleaning services are available for residential needs as well. We consider our equipment and expertise powerful enough to handle the greasiest restaurant but safe and gentle enough to bring in and clean your home.
Powerful equipment is only part of the cleaning process. Experience and knowledge are also key factors in providing a job well done. A trained eye can be the difference between getting the job done right the first time or having to call for a return visit. Treating stains with the proper cleaning agent not only results in successfully removing the stains but also protecting the carpet fibers and backing from damage. We are 100 percent confident in our services and therefore provide businesses and residential customers with a satisfaction guarantee.
In addition to equipment and experience, service is the third key factor to consider in choosing a carpet cleaning company. Our company is a small business in which the owner is involved in virtually every job. Each job is visually inspected and measured out prior to a final quote and there is no extra charge for moving most furniture and routine spot and stain removal. There are no hidden costs involved and if specialized stains are detected the cost for treatment will be discussed prior to cleaning. We use a carbon copy invoice for every job so there is a written quote and receipt showing the work to be done and the cost. As in any business, good communication is a must and we strive to be personally in touch with our customers at every step of the process. We provide both a business and mobile telephone number for customers to reach us both day and evening hours. We have flexible work hours to accommodate busy schedules as well as business operating hours.
